Farewell Summer
Hi,
Today is our last day of summer. Well, this is one way of looking at things. The other is that today is an equinox, one out of the two days of the year when night and day have the same length. As a civilization, we desperately need balance; maybe today this dream is a bit more achievable? The skies and universe are giving us a hint, a second chance. I might take it.
Flower Walk: A Stroll Through Summer's Last Bloom
Here's a piece I wrote while trying to grasp the last fleeting flowers. It was great fun and I am ever more thankful for Peo Vee for pushing me to explore more than I would otherwise.
Why Is This So Darn Hard?
And because life isn't all roses, here's what happens when one of these projects fails. This is often, in my case at least, but it's the first time I had the balls (ovaries?) and patience to dive into the experience.
Wishing you a beautiful equinox and easy darning, my darlings.
x
